Nafsaniath Fathema, Ph.D., MBA, is an Evaluation Scientist and Lecturer at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Her research focuses on technology adoption in education and its impact on teaching and learning practices in both higher education and K-12 settings. She also explores active, innovative, and inclusive teaching practices, particularly in STEM, as well as user experience research. With 15 years of expertise, Dr. Fathema employs mixed-methods approaches in her work. She has over 12 years of combined experience teaching business and research methods at both the graduate and undergraduate levels, in the USA and abroad. Dr. Fathema earned her Ph.D. from Auburn University and an MBA in MIS and e-commerce marketing from the Rochester Institute of Technology as a Fulbright fellow
