Lisa Imhoff (she/her) is an Associate Dean for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at the School of Pharmacy, University of Wisconsin–Madison. She serves faculty, staff, and students as a DEI consultant, strategist, and advocate. Before joining the School of Pharmacy, Lisa worked for over fourteen years in healthcare delivery and administration. She has a consistent record of advancing equity initiatives in organizations. Notable accomplishments include her work at a local hospital-affiliated non-profit organization advocating for and implementing a treatment delivery model to promote the health and wellbeing of marginalized and vulnerable adolescents and promote community care versus out-of-home placement. Combining her experiences with community work and work in higher education, Lisa coordinated and led the School of Pharmacy’s partnership with the Boys and Girls Club of Dane County and Fitchburg Family Pharmacy. This collaboration provided multiple COVID-19 vaccination clinics at the Boys and Girls Club community centers across Dane County.
