Lisa Imhoff serves as Associate Dean at the School of Pharmacy at the University of Wisconsin–Madison. With more than 20 years of experience across healthcare, nonprofit, and academic settings, she focuses on strengthening institutional culture and organizational effectiveness.
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Lisa integrates deep clinical expertise in human behavior, power dynamics, and conflict navigation with organizational strategy and development.
Lisa has delivered numerous presentations and workshops on psychological safety, inclusion, workplace wellbeing, team dynamics, and inclusive leadership in organizations.
In 2022, she was named one of Wisconsin’s Most Influential Asian American Leaders. She is a two-time alumna of the University of Wisconsin–Madison, earning her Bachelor of Arts and Master of Science in Social Work.
