Kenneth R. Mayer is Professor of Political Science, and on the Steering Committee of the Elections Research Center. His research interests are the presidency, voting rights, election administration, and redistricting. He is a frequent expert witness in redistricting, voting rights, and campaign finance litigation in both federal and state courts.
