Previously, Jennifer worked in UW-Extension as the Dane County Dairy & Livestock Educator and before that in Polk County as the Agriculture Agent. In Extension, Jennifer developed her expertise in farm human resource management, where she co-created a curriculum for farm owners, managers, and supervisors to learn important skills related to leadership, communication, culture, and working with others.
