Dr. Bodemer is a professor of dermatology and is board certified in Dermatology, Integrative Medicine and Lifestyle Medicine. She serves as core faculty for the Integrative Dermatology Certificate Program as well as other educational programsthrough LearnSkin. She has authored chapters on Integrative Dermatology in key textbooks and written curriculum for the University of Arizona Integrative Medicine program as well as for the National Veterans Association Whole Health Initiative. Dr. Bodemer is passionate about community education and outreach and has worked with several media platforms as well as organizations including The Plantrician Project, The Food Revolution Network, and MindBodyGreen.

Dr. Bodemer can cover any topic related to Diet, Lifestyle and Wellness – especially as it relates to skin disease and skin health; skin health or disease (including but not limited to skin cancer, acne, rosacea, winter and summer skin care, hair loss, hormonal effects on skin).

Skin Cancer - How to identify it and what to expect once you are diagnosed.
I cover the common presentations of the most common skin cancers, information about risk factors and what to expect in the initial stages of diagnosis. I also discuss prevention and risk minimization.
Skin Care for Teens
This talk addresses common skin conditions that teenagers deal with (like acne, sun protection and contact dermatitis) including how to identify them, initial treatment, how to navigate over the counter products and when to seek the help of a health care provider
Caring for Mature Skin

This talk covers common skin conditions that show up as people age including common benign skin growths, when to worry about skin cancer, how to navigate dry skin and itch.
