Dr. Schubert graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a BS in Kinesiology- Exercise Science in 2004 and then continued her education at UW-Madison receiving a Master of Physical Therapy in 2006. She subsequently graduated in 2010 with a post-professional Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of New England, which included management sciences as well as legislation and policy studies. Dr. Schubert worked as a physical therapist for UW Health, primarily in sports rehabilitation, from 2007 to 2018, owned and operated her own personal training business from 2013 to 2018. She manages the admissions process in addition to other administrative responsibilities. Dr. Schubert co-teaches PT 512: Principles of Professional Practice and Administration. In addition, she is the advisor for the UW-Madison Pre-PT Club student organization and counsels students interested in the UW-Madison DPT Program.
