Hometown: Air Force Military Brat, but have been living in Wisconsin for over 10 years.

Taylor Seale is a Youth Engagement & Outreach Specialist with UW-Madison Division of Extension, where she designs youth-driven programs in civic engagement, community development, and arts-based public health. She holds an MPH from UW-Madison and a Graduate Certificate in Arts in Public Health from the University of Florida’s Center for Arts in Medicine. Her programs and research invite youth and adults to use collaborative methods together to shape the spaces and policies that affect their communities.

Interactive workshop exploring how young people can use murals, design, and storytelling to express their ideas and influence decisions in their schools and communities. Drawn from real youth-led projects across Wisconsin.

Adults often unintentionally limit youth voice through assumptions about what young people can do or decide. This interactive session explores how organizations and educators can recognize and disrupt adult bias to create genuinely youth-led spaces.
