Dr. Siobhan Wilson is a Clinical Associate Professor and Primary Care Provider in the Division of General Internal Medicine at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health (SMPH). She teaches continuing education courses on medical education and Firearm Injury Prevention locally and nationally. Dr. Wilson is an advocate for improving public health and educational approaches to reducing firearm injuries through her work in the American College of Physicians (ACP)-WI Gun Violence Prevention Advocacy Workgroup and the Wisconsin Gun Violence Prevention Coalition – Health Care Wing. Dr. Wilson serves as co-advisor for the UW SMPH medical student SAFE (Scrubs Addressing the Firearm Epidemic) group. In addition, she is a member of the inaugural class of Faculty Affiliates for the BulletPoints Project at UC Davis.
