Mark Rickenbach, as the interim associate vice chancellor for research policy and integrity, provides leadership in setting and executing institutional research integrity priorities and seeks to maintain and enhance research excellence. As part of this role, Mark serves as the institution’s Research Integrity Officer. He also oversees conflict of interest (financial and institutional), responsible conduct of research training, research security, and research data stewardship among other things. Mark is a professor in the Department of Forest and Wildlife Ecology and has been at UW-Madison since 2000.
